Coming Down to the Finish Line
I thought I would give a baby update since this pregnancy is soon coming to an end!
The baby has dropped. I now feel like my tummy is sitting on my lap when I sit down. Pro- I can breathe! Con- the bathroom is my best friend.
Next Monday we will be full term...37 weeks. We have our birth center orientation then and get to prep for the real thing. It's hard to believe we could hold a baby in our arms next week...or the next...or the next...or the next. :-) The anticipation is awesome!
She's already such a good little baby; she's refrained from kicking mommy too hard or making her too uncomfortable. She just kindof "squirms". Once in a while we have a sleepless night because she's deciding to play but that's ok. We're looking forward to many more of those!
She doesn't seem to be too big of a baby...average size...she's still kind of small. The midwives say that is to be expected though since both her mommy and daddy are small people.
The nursery is ready for her to settle into! Maybe I will post pictures soon.
We have TWO baby showers this weekend; that will be lots of fun!
We just can't wait, and are SO excited to get to hold our precious baby for the first time pretty soon!!!

I think slightly early...38 and a half to 9 weeks:) And we are a small mommy and daddy and jadon was nine pounds and 22 inches:) Hopefully you have a teeny weeny one! Are you dialated at all?
i think you will be early too. i know you are super excited...i remember i was right before tyler!
I hope you're early...but, it's REALLY hard for those last days not to drag when you're counting on delivering early! Find lots of pampering things to do for yourself in the last days and REST UP!! I guess 40 weeks and 3 days.
How about pictures of the baby's room? I stumbled across your page from another site. Congratulations, by the way. I love seeing baby rooms, as it was so much fun to decorate our little one's!
I don't know. I'm no good at guessing these things. But if I must - I say in the 39 week mark.
As I heard someone at the hospital (seriously) say as I waited for a baby to arrive: "I'm telling you, she'll either be born before 3pm, or after 3pm" (haha!) So I'll go with that. My guess is that she'll either be born before 39 weeks or after 39 weeks. :)
Can't believe it's time already - we've been following along with you the whole way and are excited too!! I can't wait to see her little face!!!

I guess baby girl will be on time, but early in the day.
I have no guidlines for guessing.....so it is just that - a guess. I will laugh if I'm close though.

i'm terrible at guessing and seeing as i've never been pregnant, i'm not good at the weeks thing....i'm going to go with Feb. 3. :) no special reason, just a random guess! :) you look great by the way! can't wait to see picks of the little angel.
