How loved am I!
I pray that today you would feel the favor of the Lord, His songs of love, countless promises to you- that you would realize how loved you are! Let Him hold you close, quiet you with His love, and be your Keeper.
O Lord You are my Keeper
I will never be in want
You hold me close so tender
And quiet me with love
And I hear You singing over me
I hear You singing over me
Songs of countless promises
Like kisses from heaven they fall
How loved am I! Songs that take me to higher heights
Such favor I know is divine
How loved am I!
How loved am I!
O Lord You are my Keeper
My heart is safe with You
Though in life there will be valleys
You take my hand and lead me through.
And I hear You singing over me
I hear You singing over me
Songs of countless promises
Like kisses from heaven they fall
How loved am I!
Songs that take me to higher heights
Such favor I know is divine
How loved am I! How loved am I!

Angela, your last two posts really ministered to me. In about an hour I'll be at a funeral at our church for a great 49 yr old man of God, prayer warrior, church leader who died in a car accident with a moose this past friday. it has stunned and shaken our church family, his family, and our pastors; many of these people are my good friends and I ache for them. It's too much to capture in a comment box, but you understand how overwhelming times like this are.
Yet, we have such hope because of Jesus and the fact that your Gram and our Murle are in the same place, in the presence of Jesus; one day we will meet them there and glory in Christ with them. THANK YOU for sharing from your heart these past posts. Your faith in Christ through grief encourages others of us who are grieving. The Lord is good and sovereign and because of that, though trials should come, it is well with our souls. May Christ's peace be yours and ours today.
